Listerhills Business Park – Bradford
A ground floor 11,625 sq. ft. office refurbishment included stripping out fully furbished offices & classrooms which were previously occupied by The Bradford University. Works comprised of a full strip out to restore the unit back to its original open plan space. A new wet room shower facility & changing room was formed with new suspended ceilings throughout, electrical & mechanical upgrades, internal & external decorations, and flooring works.
